If you encounter any inappropriate behavior, you can report the user directly through their profile or by contacting our support team. We take such reports seriously and will investigate promptly to ensure a safe and respectful environment for everyone.

To edit your profile, go to the Profile page, enter the info you'd like to update, then go to the bottom of the page and click on the Update Profile button to save your updates.

We're sorry to see you go from the SCH community, but we hope it's for a wonderful reason—like finding someone special. To delete your account, simply visit your Profile page, scroll to the bottom, and click on the 'Delete Account' button.

If nothing checks out even after all this, your account may have been deleted or banned by SCH. The reasons for being deleted/banned are:

• → You have used inappropriate language in your profile or communications with others
• → You have uploaded inappropriate images in your profile
• → You have been identified as someone who is trying to take advantage of the SCH Community
• → You have tried to sell things to members or tried to promote your website/product
• → We have received multiple negative reports about you and your behavior
• → You have been identified as a spammer, con-artist or escort
